Send the current URL if there is one, what the new site must do in one sentence, a deadline if it is real, and who will answer questions. That is enough for a range. A precise number needs the page list and whether you are writing the words.

We do not quote a “brand identity plus SEO plus app” as one blob. If you need those, they are separate lines, or they are not us. A landing page and a custom tool are also different lines. Mixing them in one number is how projects rot.
