How an accountant deals with holiday hours — and what usually goes wrong.
The problem: a plugin login nobody has used since March. The holiday hours data is out of sync for an accountant.

Six months later, an accountant asked us to look at something unrelated. While we were in the panel, we noticed a plugin login nobody has used since March had crept back. We fixed it before it caused trouble.
