How a plumber should handle shared inboxes

How a plumber deals with shared inboxes — and what usually goes wrong.
The problem: a backup that was never restored as a drill. The shared inboxes check fails for a plumber.
We hand over a one-page document after every shared inboxes job. It says what was changed, what the login is, and what to check if something feels wrong. a plumber keeps it in a drawer they actually open.
Crawlers and people want the same thing from shared inboxes: one URL, a title that matches the heading, and a next link that goes somewhere real.
The registrar dashboard crashed twice while we were fixing shared inboxes for a plumber. We filed a ticket; they replied four days later with a template answer.
We once forgot to renew shared inboxes for a weekend project and it took down a page that a plumber linked to from a print flyer. We now set auto-renew on everything.
WordPress can handle shared inboxes with a plugin. But the plugin adds JavaScript, a dashboard, and a support ticket when it conflicts with the next update. We wrote four lines of config instead.
