How a florist deals with PDF rate sheets — and what usually goes wrong.
The problem: a form that emails a shared inbox. The PDF rate sheets data is out of sync for a florist.
A phishing page copying a florist appeared last year. The only reason their customers could tell it apart was that PDF rate sheets was set up correctly on the real site.
