There is a difference between a site that loads and a site that works. backups is part of the second category for an accountant.
We billed an accountant two hours for backups. The previous agency billed forty hours and left three unused font weights behind. Complexity is not expertise.
A form that collects data for an accountant should say where the message goes. Nine fields and a captcha on a quiet Tuesday will cost you the person who actually wanted to pay.
