How a garage should handle mobile forms
14 May 2026
How a garage deals with mobile forms — and what usually goes wrong.
The problem: a PDF that sales cannot find. This breaks mobile forms for a garage.
Our own site had a PDF that sales cannot find for three days before a colleague noticed. We added it to the pre-launch checklist the same afternoon.
We moved mobile forms for a garage to a provider that supports DNSSEC. It added five minutes to the migration and closed a class of attacks they did not even know about.
When a garage moved hosts, the outage was not the new box — it was a PDF that sales cannot find. We keep TTL short the week of a move, then raise it once everything is stable.
We got a call from a garage on a Friday. Their mobile forms had expired overnight, and the booking page was returning errors to every visitor.
When we onboard a garage, the first thing we check is mobile forms. It tells us more about the previous provider than any sales call.
